Hello Waffle and Crepe lovers !
Mr Waffle and Ms Crepe were created by two lovers of Waffle and Crepe in Raleigh North Carolina with a vision to cater Authentic Homemade French Crepe and Belgium Waffle.

The owners were unable to find a place in the Triangle area that serves both Waffle and Crepe that's when the idea came in to create Mr Waffle and Ms Crepe a place where all lovers of authentic Homemade French Crepe and Belgium Waffle can come and enjoy our variety of recipes.

SWEET CREPE
Ms Crepe is filled with homemade vanilla cream and whipped cream and fresh strawberries .
The Oreo crepe is filled with sweet vanilla honey cream, Oreo pieces and drizzled with Nutella or chocolate sauce
The Nutella Fruits is filled with Bananas or strawberries and heavenly drizzled of Nutella
The Nutella Nuts is filled with baked and roasted caramelized walnuts or almonds nuts and drizzled with Nutella
La Crepe Suzette is a flambé crepe with fresh orange juice and Grand Marnier .
Lemon Crepe is a warm crepe baked in butter with white crystallize sugar and fresh lemon juice and sprinkle of it's zest.
PB&J is filled with peanut butter and strawberries jelly
Chocolate Banana Split is filled with sweet vanilla cream and bananas ,strawberries whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate and strawberry sauce.
The Churros Crepe is sauté in butter cream and bath in sugar cinnamon and drizzled with caramel.
The crepe lovers is one crepe filled with one topping (brown sugar, white sugar, sugar powder, caramel, bonne maman jelly, Nutella, maple syrup, honey )

Chicken or Turkey B.L.A.T wrap is filled with roasted turkey or smoked chicken with bacon.lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, honey gouda cheese and sweet vinaigrette
Mediterranean Turkey or Chicken wrap is filled with lemon oregano grilled chicken, lettuce, red onion ,kalamata or green olive ,feta , roma tomatoes, hummus with oregano vinaigrette
Alaska nordic wrap is filled with smoked salmon, lettuce , red onion, avocado, caper dill spread and sweet vinaigrette
Chicken Carbonara is filled with grilled smoked chicken, mozzarella bacon, parmesan and cream sauce
Indian Curry crepe is filled with chicken , red curry and peanut paste and coconut milk, bell pepper and spinach
Chicken Alfredo is filled with grilled chicken, mushroom, mozzarella , parmesan and Alfredo sauce .
Chicken Gyro is filled with grilled chicken ,lettuce , tomatoes , cucumber , red onion and tzatziki sauce
La Crepe de Marie is filled with gruyere and parmesan cheese, ham, scrambled eggs and creme fraiche .
La Bretonne it's the traditional gluten free salted french crepe filled with Ham , gruyere, scrambled egg , salt and pepper
The vegan is filled with fresh spinach ,tomatoes, bell pepper, mushroom, corn, red onions and pesto sauce and sweet balsamic

Cookie Cream is topped with spread of cookie butter and whipped cream
